I’m glad they’ve got round to putting on the posh fish. The tins of pilchards and tuna have had that warning for years.

Got to obey those sensible EU rules…
Some LibDem veggies might not know what a mackerel is. They might read ‘Cos Leaf’ and say to themselves: ‘that sounds delicious; I’ll have some of that’.
After the shock of finding a fish on their plate wears off, they carry it down to the Thames and set it free.

Mackerel may be rather proletarian for those with a more elevated upbringing to be sufficiently familiar with.
They are the dustmen of the seas I believe, probably suspects of being “bottom feeders” as trolls sometimes put it.
